  • Payment information: payment is processed securely by our payment partner, Flutterwave. We do not store your full card, bank, or transfer details on our servers.
  • VTU transaction details: phone numbers, meter numbers, smart card numbers, or exam registration details you provide when purchasing airtime, data, cable TV, electricity, or exam pins. These are shared with our VTU service partner, Peyflex, solely to fulfil your order.
  • Contact and support messages: information you provide when you message us via WhatsApp, email, or our website’s contact form
  • Academy enrolment details: if you register for training, we collect the details needed to enrol and communicate with you
  • Installation service requests: if you book Solutions services (CCTV, solar/inverter, access control, etc.), we collect the contact and location details needed to schedule and deliver the service

b) Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on our site, collected through standard website analytics and security tools
  • Cookies: small files used to keep your cart working, remember your login, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly without them.

  • Process and deliver orders (products, VTU top-ups, installation bookings, Academy enrolments)

  • Flutterwave — to process payments securely
  • Peyflex — to fulfil VTU orders (airtime, data, cable TV, electricity, exam pins)
  • Shipping/delivery partners — to deliver physical products ordered through our e-commerce store
  • CJDropshipping / DSers (AliExpress, 1688) suppliers — where a product you order is fulfilled directly by a dropshipping supplier, limited order and delivery details are shared to process shipment
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — where you opt in to receive order updates or pin/token copies via WhatsApp
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities — where required by Nigerian law

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, restricted admin access, and working only with payment and VTU partners that maintain their own security standards.
