Delivery Timeline
Most orders arrive within 15–30 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders to major cities typically arrive faster than orders to more remote or rural areas.
Doorstep Delivery vs. Pickup Points
We aim to deliver every order directly to your address. However, for customers in remote or hard-to-reach areas, our delivery partners may require you to collect your parcel from the nearest available pickup hub instead of doorstep delivery. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted with pickup details before your parcel arrives in your area.
